Scheduling & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Late Policy
If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This enables us to offer your appointment to other patients who are waiting to see Dr. Oppenheimer.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, a non-refundable $200 charge will be processed. Similarly there is a $200 charge if you miss your appointment. These funds can not be applied to surgical procedures or other services.
It is very important that you are on time for your appointment. Dr. Oppenheimer has many patients waiting to see him and he values scheduling ample time to understand your concerns and answer your questions. If you anticipate running late, please call us so we can have an idea of your estimated arrival time. We will always do our best to accommodate you. If you're late, in order to maintain our schedule, you may have to wait to be seen: patients who are on time for their scheduled appointments need to be seen first.
If you are excessively late to your appointment and this results in the need to reschedule your appointment the same non-refundable $200 fee applies.
This policy was implemented to protect your time and our time and to prevent excessive delays for patients who are eager to schedule consults with Dr. Oppenheimer.
