Meet Kristin: She loves challenges, connecting, and learning about your goals to help you prepare!

What does “confidence is a choice” mean to you?
  • Individually we are at our best when we are confident in ourselves. Whatever makes you feel good about yourself, go for it, don’t let anything hold you back and always choose confidence over giving into a fear.

What drew you to this industry?
  • I appreciate the beauty of the human body and we are here to make everyone feel good. I love watching patients walk out feeling better than they did when they walk in.

  • We really all work together to make your goals become a reality and we do it with such a love for your happiness, which makes us all happy. So thank you for trusting us.

What is special about our patients?
  • Our patients are so appreciative and realistic about plastic surgery. Although we want results as close to perfect as possible, our patients know that plastic surgery is not a magic wand.

What do you love most about your position?
  • Interacting with our patients, hearing their stories and getting to know what makes them feel more confident. I try to answer every patient questions with as much time as each person needs.

What do you love most about working with Dr. Oppenheimer?

What does “confidence is a choice” mean to you?

We all have insecurities and I believe confidence is achieved by understanding your strengths and choosing to accept your individual beauty—whatever definition you choose to have.

What drew you to this industry?
  • I’ve always been intrigued by medicine and was even on a pre-medical path before choosing chemistry. I also have a deep appreciation for art. Plastic surgery manages to marry the two: seeking to medically address issues while always yearning for the symmetry and proportion we translate as beauty in nature.

  • The transparent communication and trust we maintain with our patients. The two go hand-in-hand and we always strive to be open with patients about their goals and their overall journey with us.

What is special about our patients?
  • Most of our patients are mothers, and I find it impressive how they can balance their lives, their families, and their recovery all at once.

What do you love most about our patients?
  • When they come to their follow-appointments in their tight clothing. Their happiness radiates from them and it is so amazing to witness not only their physical transformation, but to see their spirits become lifted!

What do you love most about your position?
  • Being able to connect with others over the phone, understand what is affecting their happiness, and then having the opportunity to witness their physical and emotional transformation with each follow-up visit.

What do you love most about working with Dr. Oppenheimer?
  • His genuine nature with not only patients but also staff—he knows each of us on an individual level and is constantly checking in with us on our personal lives.

Picture
Meet Andrea: knowing her is loving her!

What does “confidence is a choice” mean to you?
  • Every day I have a choice in how I am going to feel and attack the day. I choose to feel strong, confident, capable, intelligent, beautiful and boss in my world. Confidence is a choice from within.

What drew you to this industry?
  • Actually, it was lack of confidence! Nothing feels better than spreading ideas and information to help my patients feel their very best. I love that I can speak from experience.

What is most important to you about what we do?
  • I emphasize changing the stigma of aesthetics and plastic surgery – taking away outdated negative tones and reminding our patients that it is okay to take care of ourselves.

What is special about our patients?
  • Their trust. We discuss everything medical and personal. By the time my patients leave, I see the silly, the fun, the strong, the confident, the vulnerable, and the human. I absolutely love it.

What do you love most about your position?
  • I love sharing information and empowering our patients about their health and wellness. I also love using my nerdy brain in approaching aesthetic treatments to achieve the best possible results!

What do you love most about working with Dr. Oppenheimer?
  • Believe it or not, he is an old fashioned doctor! He researches best practices, he has a huge wealth of medical knowledge, he is meticulous in his care of patients and he uses his whole heart as a doctor. I’d swear in another life he carried a black doctor’s bag and made house calls. I really just fell in love with the practice and the vision. Also, he loves the Buffalo Bills.

Adam J. Oppenheimer, MD, FACS, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Oppenheimer Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Orlando
Meet Dr. Oppenheimer: Orlando's Kindest

What does “confidence is a choice” mean to you?
  • Most of the hardships we encounter come from the inside. Our own negative thoughts and emotions. So we all have a choice as to what type of energy we accept, and which thoughts we choose to follow. Choose confidence!

What drew you to this industry?
  • My grandfather was a plastic surgeon in post World War II America. He helped the so-called “Hiroshima Maidens” who were injured in the horrific acts of the war. He also helped sew my tongue back together when I was a kid! I chose to follow in his footsteps and in those of my uncle, who is a plastic surgeon in Buffalo, NY.

What is most important to you about what we do?
  • I’m in it for the trust. When someone trusts me to do my best, I know I can do my best! It is the greatest honor of my life to have the trust of moms and young women who want my help. I always say: you provide the trust, I provide the care.

What is special about our patients?
  • Moms not models is a bit of a mantra around here. Helping the “regular” mom is anything but regular. These are women who have given everything, including their bodies, to make a family. Again, a great honor of my life to help these women get their bodies back, and get their confidence back with plastic surgery.

What do you love most about your position?
  • I love that I’m just another member of the team. I often think of my team with a sports analogy, where we pass the ball to each other. I might be getting all of the glory by doing the final touches, but really if you look from the inside, we are a cohesive team that loves to help one another get the best results for our patients.

FUN FACTS!
Brag fact?
  • I played varsity lacrosse at Yale
Surprising fact?
  • I can sing too. I was in the Whiffenpoofs of Yale which is the oldest college a cappella group.
Your strengths?
  • I would say humility, but the above two questions wouldn’t seem so....
Your passions? (other than taking great care of our patients)
  • The quiet solitude of a hike, the rush of exercise, and the peace and calm of a good book.
