• You’ve recently delivered a baby (OMG congrats! 🎉 ) It’s safest to wait 6 months to allow your body to recover.
• You’re still breastfeeding or haven’t given your body enough time to stop producing breast milk (this can sometimes take as long as 6 months).
• You’ve had a recent surgery (get well soon! 🧡). I prefer that patients wait 6 months before scheduling any subsequent procedures.
